In 2012 vocalist, songwriter & musician Sandra van Nieuwland experienced an impressive breakthrough because of her participation in The Voice of Holland. She did not win the season, but scored big hits with the songs More and Keep Your Head Up, among others. Even breaking records in the Dutch music charts with 5 singles in the top 10 and being on 1, 2 and 3 simultaneously. In addition to her vocal talent, she's also an awarded writer.
