Looking For A Home
I been down once I been down twice
I been down so many times in my life

On the day I was born all my momma did was cry
It was the day my daddy left with no good-bye
The snow was falling on my birthing day
I swear the tears of my sweet momma never went away

Spent the last few weeks in a small town jail
On account of nobody that could post my bail
I asked the sheriff man, "Say, tell me what I done?"
He just turned away and said with a smile
"I'll think of something, son."
