Sending people to Mars!
I don't care whether there's something there or not
It's what would it cost ya to get there
And that's the thing that, in my opinion
Would be ridiculous to try to go there
Ya know?
I mean going to the Moon is fine
Cause the guys, they can make it to the Moon
In (Uhh) three or four days maybe

Mars is so far away that
It'd take 'em a couple of months to get there
Oh boy!
And what are they gonna do?
Go in a coma for a couple of months to get to Mars?
Then what's gonna wake ya up, when ya get there?

Maybe we oughta write a paper about it ya know?
Tell ol' NASA how to do it
Because, it's just so far away that (Ha-ha)
