Protecting and keeping one from the other.
On one side the world spins unaffected on
The other the world spins out of control.
From the peaks of happiness to the depths of despair.
Your hopes and dreams on one side
And your worst nightmares on the other.
Societies constant struggle between them is guarded only by a few.
A few who are willing and do die standing between them.
A few who come in all colors, sizes, religions and backgrounds.
Men and Women who stand watch between the wolf and the sheep.
Willing to be violent to create peace.
Willing to step between society and
The evil that man can only imagine.
A thin blue line protecting the weak from the monsters.
Standing for all who cannot stand on their own.
This is our job, This is our purpose,
This is our life, This is order versus chaos.
