All the yearnings in my life are silent, they have faded away. My sighs of sorrow are in-effective and without influence. My destiny is unhappy with me, displeased and unfulfilled, and any deliberations and efforts on my part are rendered futile.
Hasrat = desire, longing, yearning

Hai yakeen chhodegaa na ik bhi lahoo ki boond ko
Mere dil mein jo chubha unki nazar ka teer hai
It is certain that the arrows from your eyes that have pierced my heart, will not leave even a single drop of blood in it.
Yakeen = definite, certain, 'i-am-sure".
Lahoo = blood
Boond = drop, droplet
Chhubhna = pierce through with a sharp object

Ghar huaa barbaad mera dil jigar tukde huye
Phir bhi mein zinda hoon batla kyaa meri taqdeer hai
