I pulled away from people

This passion
And strength
It felt like she was expressing everything I was feeling
Soon I discovered Whitney Houston
Mariah Carey
And I thought that's it
I'm gonna sing
So I started on my way to becoming a pop superstar
And joined the local children's singing group
The Razzle Dazzle Kids
And it was awesome
I loved it
Middle school problems? Who cares?
I was a Razzle Dazzle Kid
And on my way to global superstardom
Music was sustaining me and I couldn't wait for high school to happen
So I can escape from Half Moon Bay
One day my dad sits me down and says
"Hey! I got to talk you about something, I just got a great job!
But it's in New Jersey. That's on the other side of the country"
And I said
"Let's go!"
