I was looking at the lizards on the white wall Looking at 'em like, are they gonna fall? And I was thinking bout running away Over the hill, and into the sway Flowers grow in the night But they say that it happens because of the light I think we're all pretty similar Walking through a world of familiar So why don't we get away? Out of the dark and in to the haze And we won't know where we're going But I guess it's better than knowing There's no lizards left on the white wall Tails cut and I watch them fall We never ran away And you turned and walked again And flowers don't grow in the winter time I used to be yours and you used to be mine So why don't we get away? Out of the dark and in to the haze And we won't know where we're going But I guess it's better than knowing
