I reached what I sought out to do, thanks to Allah
And in asking you I found pleasure and comfort
And now I hope for what I previously hoped for

I lived for a while and experienced many scenarios
And I encountered treachery [from people] that I never imagined
The days unveiled to me about the nature of life
And I met in my time the best and worst of people
As time passed on I passed by all of life's cups
And I found nothing more distasteful than the drink of treachery
But nothing heals the soul more than
Reaching its wishes or being victorious
From anger, I used to blame time
But now I have nothing to blame it for
If there were was a culprit [other than me] before today and yesterday
Then he has vanished remorsefully
