Another year on the board, what can I say?
Man, you know me, I'm just learning more by the day
A lotta things on my mental I gotta weigh

I see the cultural pivot from where I live
And I'm in shock, but I take it for what it is

So more than ever, I'm committed to running my lane
Lagos City born and raised, I say it with pride

Still they question me like I got a reason to lie
But I can't even see the profit in playing it coy
And if you ask me how I'm feeling, it's favoured and blessed
I've been following my dreams, now they coming to life

I'm just doing what I can to inspire the youngins

Missed opportunities that deflated my confidence

Demons that try to come back around, every now and then
I don't say much about it, but trust me, I feel it all
Still I'm just leaning into convictions that lie within
Still I'm just digging into the Scriptures in search of gold
No medication, just meditation, that's how I roll

But truly, bar for bar, I give 'em heart and a lot of soul
