Haniel Cruz, known as Hanislip, is a Brazilian-American singer, rapper, songwriter, record producer, and visual artist. Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Hanislip's passion for music was ignited when his uncle introduced him to rock bands like Korn and Mudvayne. Despite facing various challenges and experiencing parental separation, Hanislip persevered. In 2010, his mother brought him to the United States, and in 2014, he made the bold decision to pursue a music career, leaving his mother's home to live with a friend.
