Biography

In 2017, Ragamuffs (aka Hailey Fines) found her momentum playing shows each month as a 4-piece band and writing original songs. She soon went from playing DIY shows around Honolulu bars to playing opening sets for Mac DeMarco, The Unlikely Candidates, Hellogoodbye, Men I Trust, and Wallows. Soon she and her band will be sharing the stage with Jimmy Eat World and Mom Jeans. as well. In 2022, Ragamuffs was also Hawai’i’s only artist to perform at SXSW in Austin, Texas. Gaining a few sync placements later down the line, “Used to Be” and “Lainey Lainey” made a cameo in Amazon Prime’s “I Know What You Did Last Summer.” 
 Her pastel-colored indie sounds will take you from cool-blue serene settings to rhapsodized skipping on a mustard day. With blends of alt rock, pop, folk, shoegaze, and lo-fi you’ll be feeling like the main character of a movie, boppin your head with wind in your face…or maybe you’re really just shopping at pacsun about to shazam a catchy ear bug playing above you~
