Biography

Apocalip Se is the debut album of Zé Nigro's solo career. The musician, producer and multi- instrumentalist with strong influence on the brazilian independent music scene presents his work with diverse influences: brazilian psychedelics, reggae and synth-pop. Created during the social distancing period, the album is inspired on the revolutions of the planet, of people, of relationships. Its a convocation to a personal-colective-natural transmutation. The songs come from his own compositions and in partnership with the artists: Ava Rocha, Saulo Duarte, Evelin Sin and Anna Zeppa; and the vocals of Céu, Thalma de Freitas and Anais Sylla print beautifull and expresive contours on the work. The album cover carries the signature of visual artist Zé VicenteAs producer, he has worked on award winning albums such as : "Taurina" by Anelis Assumpção ( best album Multishow awards 2019 ); "Boca" by Curumin and "Antes que tu conte outra" by the band Apanhador Só ( both recieved awards by APCA in 2017 and 2013 respectively) he was nominated for the latin grammy for "Boca" and "SoltasBruxa" by the band Francisco el Hombre (both in 2017). Besides these he stands out in the works by Russo Passapusso (Baiana System), Luisa Maita and Saulo Duarte, Delvindelux amongst many others.
