Biography
London based DJ, and producer Higgo, holds the spotlight as the one of the best breakthrough artists in the UK. 2023 is set to be Higgo's biggest and best year yet, signing exclusively to new record label Helix Records, via Warner Music. On the publishing side, Higgo has signed to Minds On Fire new JV with BMG. Higgo kicked off 2023 with debut single on Helix, 'I Just Wanna Dance', with support across Radio 1, Kiss, added to the Capital Dance playlist. 2020 was a pivotal year in the rise of Higgo, when he won a remix competition, hosted live by GRAMMY nominated brothers, Disclosure. Higgo's remix of Disclosure 'Restless' received support from Disclosure themselves, and DJ EZ on Radio 1. Higgo was even interviewed on Radio 1's flagship news programme Newsbeat about winning the competition. Higgo kicked off 2021 with 'Sleeping Alone' with Poppy Baskcomb on Relentless new label 21NHG, which received rotation across Radio 1. Higgo's follow-up single 'Fantasy' on Atlantic Records new imprint Signal >> Supply received backing on Radio 1 from Danny Howard, Sarah Story, and Todd Edwards. Higgo's single 'Crush' was the first Garage single on Spinnin’ Record. It was No.1 on Beatport UK Garage chart, and Seth Troxier chose it to close his Essential Mix on Radio 1. Higgo is one of the most in-demand remixers, with an impressive list of credits. Higgo's remixes of Diplo & Miguel Don't Forget My Love', piri & Tommy words, have raised his profile to a global audience.
