Biography

Shub Niggurath was born in Mexico City in 1988 under the initial name Tormentor, the band's common name comes from the fantastic literature created by H.P. Lovecraft and refers to the deity with the same name. The band is a pioneer in Mexico in practicing Death Metal, after about a decade where they were already very popular in the underground, the band released their debut album in 1997 with the title of "The Kinglike Celebration (Final Aeon on Earth)".
