Mooi River Kwa Zulu Natal South Africa. From discovering, naturing and producing world renowned musicians to releasing his solo projects Demor has contributed immensely to the South African music scene. Alphas Thandukwazi Sikhosana well known as Demor is a South African music producer,Songwriter,Artist and A&R. Demor’s inspiration to write/produce and perform songs came from working with Peter Sokhela and Winston Jackson in Mooi River. Inspired by songs on the radio and the dream to be the best, Demor went to study Jazz at Technikon Natal (DUT) in Durban. It was in this institution where Demor met and started a band called S.H.A.N.A with his fellow students (Blackcoffee and Shota) Demor moved to Johannesburg where he began to work with producer DJ Christos writing and producing hit songs for artists such as Lebo Mathosa,Dj’s at work and S.H.A.N.A. churning out hits such as,Brand New Day,Benga,Awudede,Uyangichomela,Ungiphul’inhliziyo. Demor founded Demor Music Entertainment in 2007 and the labels roster included artists such as Bucie,Sun EL Musician,Nontu X,DJ Sdoko,Les Ego,Taffy,Wunda,Qhawe,LevuVu,Sluhk,Oristo. Demor songwter/producer credits include hits such as The One,Turn me on,Ngicelindoda,Easy to love,Get over it.Konke Kuzolunga,Cliche and still releasing new music.
