Biography
The Brazilian musician and producer Normalio Francisco beneath the alias NUZB makes RetroFuture dance music inspired by house and future bass. Digging across genres, he signed with Martin Garrix’s label Stmpd Rcrds in 2020 where he showed his style to the world claiming attention from acts such as Tomorrowland when he figured in the anticipated list “The 20 of 2021” and also made his debut at the Top 101 Producers by @1001tracklists in the position 80th. RetroFuture, his first EP on Stmpd Rcrds put 4 of its 5 tracks on the Top 100 Future House (now Mainstage) with “Don’t Talk” picking up the position #4 of the genre rank. After the EP, his very next single “Miss Me” with the UK producer Malarkey was a blast throughout the DJ sets and radio shows showing up at 1st place on Top Newcomer tracks and in #5 on Top Overall Tracks with supports from names such as Martin Garrix, Tiësto, Don Diablo, Jay Hardway and RetroVision revealing to the world that the retro might became the future. Keeping his streak alive, in 2022, he’s preparing his very first Europe Tour on Tomorrowland Belgium and Ushuaia on Garrix’s Residency pumping up the crowd with his unique style, lots of new IDs, his upcoming collabs with names such as Loopers and packing this huge achievement in his career with a good taste of what’s coming next in the Future.
