Biography
Black Income is as a new rock identity which emerged from the Grunge wave in the early 90s, combined with elements from today’s Fuzz-Rock. Black Income may be inspired by other acts, but with their own unique SOUND. Black Income formed in 2011 with the ambition to create honest rock music inspired by the early 90’s, when Grunge reigned supreme. In 2013, after only one year together, Black Income entered the legendary Medley Studio in Copenhagen, where bands like Radiohead, D-A-D and Kent have recorded some of their best albums, and teamed up with producer Soren Andersen (Glen Hughes, Mike Tramp, D-A-D) who produced what would become their debut album, Noise Pollution. unSOUND picks up where the first album Noise Pollution left off, with 9 hard-hitting and well-written dynamic songs, Black Income maintains the same quality of song writing while continuing to develop their truly unique sound. unSOUND has a solid link to the previous album, with infectious grooves and blazing riffs streamlining with the earlier singles from Noise Pollution, such as “Everything”, and “My Favorite Gasoline”. The band has been touring in support of their debut album Noise Pollution since 2016, playing 50+ concerts and festivals and opening for bands like ‘EXUMER (US), BULLET (SE), TIGERS OF PAN TANG (UK) etc. Praised by critics around the world, and with over 1 million streams across platforms.
