Emerging from a dark and sorrowful place, The Darling Fire formed as an expression of both pain and beauty. With a sound that transcends genres, but draws from shoegaze, post-hardcore, and metal, the band delivers both heavy and atmospheric songs with haunting female vocals. The Darling Fire combines decades of collective song writing experience to draw from, featuring members of Shai Hulud, The Rocking Horse Winner, Further Seems Forever, and As Friends Rust.
