Biography

I MAIALI is a Blackened Post-Hardcore project born in 2016. In 2018 they signed for OverDub Recordings and in 2019 they released "CVLTO". The forced break from live performances in the following years allows them to work meticulously on the composition: the sound undergoes an evolution that makes the band even more extreme. In 2021 they enter the studio to record their second album, "cenere/CENERE", which will see the light on June 3rd 2022. For their new effort they rely on the skilled hands of Davide Rosati and his ACME Recording Studio (Straight Opposition, Zippo, Chaos Conspiracy), while continuing the collaboration with OverDub Recordings. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ I MAIALI sono un progetto Blackened Post-Hardcore nato nel 2016. Nel 2018 firmano per OverDub Recordings e nel 2019 esce l’album di debutto “CVLTO”. La pausa forzata dai live negli anni successivi gli consente di lavorare in maniera meticolosa sulla composizione: le sonorità subiscono un’evoluzione che rendono la band ancora più estrema. Nel 2021 entrano in studio per registrare il loro secondo disco, "cenere/CENERE", che vedrà la luce il 3 Giugno 2022. Per la loro nuova fatica si affidano alle sapienti mani di Davide Rosati ed al suo ACME Recording Studio (Straight Opposition, Zippo, Chaos Conspiracy), continuando però la collaborazione con OverDub Recordings.
