At the helm of Pinky Ring Music aka Deep South “Hitsville,” is legendary world renowned producer and songwriter, Highway Heavy. He is most noted for writing and producing the Southern Soul anthem “My Side Piece” performed by Pokey Bear. Amid the success of his debut project, Highway Heavy’s client roster grew to boast the likes of Southern Soul artists: Tyree Neal, Pokey Bear and Adrian Bagher to name a few. Responding to the rapid supply and demand, Highway Heavy and DJ Chilly Chill formed Pinky Ring Music. Their current in house roster of clients include Johnny James and Fya Redd, two powerhouse performers that are definitely a force to be reckoned with! Pinky Ring Music is the birthplace of the iconic symphonic funk soul sound formulated to intertwine a myriad of musical genres.
