The story of Kuala Lumpur native Pele L. is an unforeseen type of maneuver in the Hip Hop local scene, where he refutes to covet reaching the status of being “the next big thing” but to actually relate himself to the listeners by addressing the common issues faced by the society and in fact injects his own experiences or the tales that flow through the wind. A local Malaysian artist through and through with background ethnicity as a Malay, his written songs are influenced by fusion of both modern and classic references, and emotions are filled in which turns out to be sentimental yet truthful as he touches on topics that are more conscious, controversial, as well as bringing that sense of positive energy to his listeners on a daily life basis.
