Biography

Born and raised in the North East of England, singer/songwriter Chloe Nattrass brings forth her experiences through the art of musical storytelling, exploring a vibrant range of the pop genre with inspiration from the likes of Taylor Swift, Lauren Aquilina and Maisie Peters. In 2015, Nattrass entered ‘Soundwave UK’, a competition recognising unsigned talent, with her original material. Up against around 500 entrants, she landed herself a place in the final showcase at the 02 Academy in Newcastle, where Capital Radio’s Matt, JoJo and Bodg described the then 16 year old as ‘a natural talent that brought the entire place to life.’ Since then, releases such as 'Barcelona', 'Minor Chord' and 'Until Then' have proven to be a local radio success for Nattrass, with the latter crowned as 'Track of the Week' on the BBC Tees Introducing programme despite the fact it was her first home-produced single. In 2022, the singer/songwriter achieved radio play across the pond with 'Line in a Love Song', an 80s inspired, synth-pop track written about the universal experience of putting someone you love on a pedestal and the detrimental consequences that follow.
