Biography
After touring America in over 1,000 concerts, Tatiana "Tajci" Cameron picked up a guitar and joined the Nashville scene. After her very first Nashville show at the popular songwriter's venue The Legendary Kimbro's Pickin Parlor, Tajci landed invitations to play with Mark Alan Cash (Jonny's nephew) and David Langley (one of very few people who has recorded a duet with Buck Owens.) She hosted and sang in shows with such legends like Ronnie McDowell and Dallas Frazier. Born in Croatia, Tajci had become a European sensation at age 19, achieving platinum record sales, sold out arena performances, endorsements by major corporations including Levi's and the production of her very own "Tajci Doll". In America, she has performed in theatre and cabaret houses in New York City and Los Angeles; composed, produced and toured extensively with original narrative shows ; founded a children’s theatre in Cincinnati, OH; wrote and launched a full-length musical “My Perfectly Beautiful Life” and hosted and produced TV show "Waking Up in America". Her recent album "Awaken" features an eclectic mix of music styles—gypsy jazz, indie pop, bluegrass fiddle and mandolin elements. She's collaborated with local greats like Bryan Lennox, Clay Waker, Mark Alan Cash, Scott Mulvahill (of Kentucky Thunder), Jeff Steinberg, Michael Alvey, John Alvey, and many more. Tajci lives in Franklin, TN with her three sons.
