Biography

Dems are an art trio based in Montréal (Canada) & London (UK), comprising David Gardener, Duncan Mann and Dan Moss. Their work is anchored in music, spreading out to encompass film, design, 3D animation and lighting installation. Their debut album, Muscle Memory, was released independently in 2014 and saw the group tour the album in Europe and America, before pursuing their individual interests across music, design and tech. Dems regrouped in 2021 to write a body of new material after a long hiatus, with 'Witching Sticks' their first single and immersive visual release released in July 2022.
