In the beginning there was sound. Aroshanti, ‘a moment of bright inner peace’, is the pen name I use for my Relaxation and Meditation music. I’m Nick Truch, a composer and music producer based in the English Lake District, where I find an endless source of inspiration from the nature and scenic views that surround my home and studio. I’ve travelled around the world and collected instruments from many different cultures. You’ll hear these in the music and the atmospheric soundscapes that I create to help you Relax, Heal, Energise and Sleep. “Aroshanti’s music is characterised by waves of harmonies, rhythmical melodies and all things that resonate. Influenced by many genres, instruments and styles of music all these different forms of resonance can be heard in his music.
