Biography
Since 2020, the charismatic East Atlanta artist 24LeftEye has released music videos including “Squeeze,” “RRoll Gang,” and “For Me” that have each amassed six figures of views. After self-made success, the close associate and label-mate of Ola Runt steps forth with his Front Street/Cinematic Music Group debut, Money On My Head, Vol. 1. “This is the chapter of my life that’s going on now and what I’m feeling,” he admits. Quickly, the 21-year-old from Zone 6’s Edgewood neighborhood has proven that he’s one to watch and has plenty of eyes on him. In early 2020, Lefteye, whose wandering left eye earned him his nickname during junior high, posted a “Life of a Henchmen” video that shows his surroundings and the love he receives around town. Nearly 100,000 viewers have tuned in to the visual, which he made after just a few songs. Although he graduated, Lefteye already had higher education on what he calls Front Street. It was under the tree, where many waited for Atlanta’s number 24 bus, that the teen spent much of his youth. There, he built a bond with Ola Runt, who would eventually encourage his rapping. Throughout 2020, Lefteye set up shop in Los Angeles to record Money on My Head, Vol. 1. Producers, including Bankroll Got It (Stunna 4 Vegas, Mulatto, Lil Mosey) and Hollo, helped Lefteye chisel out a proper introduction that grabs the spotlight.
