    DIMINISH THE GODS is a technical/progressive death metal band from Sydney, Australia. Musically, Diminish The Gods forge complex riff patterns and melodies. Crushing breakdowns are surmounted by the intricate solos of James Cecchetelli. Thematically their songs are deeply esoteric and apocalyptic, combining mythology, theology and science fiction. Diminish The Gods' second, full length album 'Exopaedian' is about to be released.
