    Biography

    The punishing, blasphemous North American deathcore band Catalepsy formed in 2004 and was an underground giant in the new wave of American deathcore, joined in the ranks of Whitechapel, Suffokate, Rose Funeral, Oceano, and Suicide Silence. 
 Catalepsy has made appearances on MTV2’s “Headbangers Ball”, Summer Slaughter Festival, New England Metal and Hardcore Fest and toured with metal giants such as Hatebreed, Emmure, After The Burial and more. 
 After releasing several EPs and full-length albums including 2007’s “Godless EP”, 2008’s “Iniquity” LP and 2011’s “Bleed” LP, the group disbanded. 
 Now a decade later, original members return to once again set the bar for angry, hardcore-influenced death metal onslaught.
