Biography
Ivor Novello nominee Tom Hodge is one of the leading composers in the UK. Tom’s credits include the original scores for Kevin Macdonald’s The Mauritanian, ITV’s The Ipcress File & the three-series run of 72 Films' Rise of the Nazis. In recent years, Tom has also co-scored Christian Schwochow’s feature, Je Suis Karl, wIth Floex, and James Watkins’ BBC/AMC eight-part drama, McMafia, with Franz Kirmann. Tom’s recording projects have seen him collaborate regularly with the likes of Max Cooper, Floex and Franz Kirmann. Most recently, Tom partnered with Ollie Howell and Ciaran Morahan to form Collisions. Their debut, self-titled album was released in 2022 on Naïve Records. A pianist, clarinetist, and recording artist pushing the boundaries of experimental neoclassical, Tom continues to shape the aural landscape of original soundtracks across feature films, documentaries, TV dramas, ballet, and multiple award-winning advertising campaigns.
