Biography

Karizma Duo are Talisha and Chris, who started playing acoustic songs to pass the time sheltering from the rain in a small caravan in Yorkshire. It was in that caravan that they crafted their distinctive style mixing soulful vocals and chilled intoxicating acoustic guitar sounds. They have traveled around Europe sharing their passion for music and live performance and have strong followings in Spain and Italy… a big step from their Yorkshire beginnings. Shortly after making roots in Surrey, Karizma Duo were spotted by acoustic independent label, Lark Recordings, and began recording their interpretations of popular songs. Taking their inspiration from rock, pop blues and Motown, Karizma Duo’s singular arrangements of both classic and contemporary songs have been used on TV and count a number of official Spotify playlists and tastemakers amongst their fans.
