Biography
Since the early 90's Nick Skitz has been wowing fans with a particular dance sound that no other brand or series has been able to replicate. Referred to as Australia's God Father of Dance Music by his legions of followers, Nick began by producing the Central Energy and Wild FM compilations before moving onto his multi-award winning compilation series, 'SkitzMix.' Skitzmix is the most consistent and iconic Australian dance brand around and a lifestyle to thousands of Australians – the fans were nicknamed the Skitz Army back in 2000 as they pestered retailers for information on the next release. Not many Australian artists can boast to having sold over 1 million units, countless gold albums, 43 Aria Top 10 albums, a #1 ARIA Single and four top 20 singles as well as sold out weekly shows around the country! Not that Nick minds too much. He's quite happy to remain commercially underground, catering for his hardcore fan-base.
