Biography
Prince Paris (Formerly Paris & Simo) is the next evolution of Paris Fotis’ electronic dance music project, based in Montreal, Canada. Born to Greek parents, Paris was musically inclined and creative from a young age. Prince Paris has been DJing and producing under the Paris & Simo banner Since 2012. His resume includes having toured with David Guetta in Canada, shared the stage at Las Vegas’ Electric Daisy Carnival, Tomorroworld, Pier 94 and frequently performed in various locations such as Japan, Bali, Malaysia, South America, Italy, Turkey and more. After being signed to Hardwell’s Revealed Recordings label, Prince Paris produced multiple tracks including progressive house songs "Nova", "Seasons", "Escape" featuring 3LAU and Bright Lights, and "Not Alone" featuring Mako. His track Evermore, premiered on Pete Tong's BBC Radio 1. Recently moving into new territory, with feel-good tracks such as Evermore ft. Gabrielle Current and FINNEAS, Keep Me Close feat. Montreal-based singer Sara Diamond and Come as You Are featuring Karen Harding, with many more to come. The name Prince Paris was inspired by Paris’ own Greek heritage. He was named after Prince Paris of Troy in the ancient Greek epic poem, The Iliad.
