Biography
Edwin Klift is a Norwegian artist with an all-around sound based on catchy hooks and melodies. His journey into the electronic music world began in his childhood when his grandmother showed him a few moves on the guitar and piano. She helped him find his passion for music and remains his greatest musical influence. From then on, Edwin became obsessed with creating melodies and began producing music on his computer. It wasn’t long until his remixing of popular tracks netted him millions of plays on Spotify and other streaming platforms. In April, 2018, he struck out on his own with his first solo project, producing original tracks under the new alias “Edwin Klift”. His debut single 'Drifting Together’ was immediately listed on Norwegian national radio (NRK mp3), and was included in Spotify's official playlists and other social media platforms. He followed up with catchy tunes like 'Northern Lights', 'I Wanted It To Be You', 'Wishes’ and 'Taking Over', which received a very positive response from his fans. Later on, he found out that more than just one track was being played and listed on National radio in Norway - a huge moment for the artist. Realising his musical journey has only just begon, Edwin Klift is more motivated than ever before to keep creating music and to cement his position as a solo-artist.
