Biography
The New Jersey-born artist concocts an anesthetic from equal doses of pop-punk, alternative, and hip-hop stirring them together into an undeniable brew. That story begins in the small town of Allendale, NJ. Initially, 7evin7ins shined as a guard on the basketball court until an injury left him with two stress fractures in his knees and derailed college prospects. Depressed and dejected, he fell down a rabbit hole of darkness only to find a light at the end of the tunnel through music. He discovered TUBLife & Rockstaar Entertainment and started to record professionally. Inspired by everyone from Paramore and Post Malone to Eminem, Lil Wayne, and Juice WRLD, he carefully crafted a signature style of his own. In 2020, he uploaded “Life Gets F**ked Up” to Instagram, and it immediately caught fire before eventually generating over 1.8 million Spotify streams. He maintained his momentum with “Oh Sh!t” and asserted himself as the rare creative chameleon who could collaborate with Kellin Quinn of Sleeping With Sirens on “Love You Like I Used To” or Dreamville rapper Cozz on “Head High.” He went on to release "Seeing Red" where he teams up with DUSTY LOCANE and Rah Swish for the first-ever Rock & Drill song. His latest release, "plsdontgo" sets off a strong campaign for 2023. patreon.com/7evin7insofficial
