Selected among the Top 5 in the “Made in New York Jazz Competition”, chosen one of the best instrumentalists of the year of 2015 by the website "best in Brazilian music" - for the album "Meu Samba Parece Com Quê?" and in 2018 for the album "Diogo Monzo Filho do Brasil". Author of the cd “Sebastiana”, released by the label “Biscoito Fino”. Author of the cd “Diogo Monzo Filho do Brasil”, released by the label “Biscoito Fino”. Author of the CD “Luiz Eça by Diogo Monzo”, a tribute in honor of the Brazilian pianist and composer Luiz Eça, released by the label "Fina Flor". Author of the book and CD “Hinos Tradicionais Sob Uma Nova Concepcão” and the CD “Meu Samba Parece Com Quê?”. On December 4, 2015, he made his debut in Europe, where he performed three solo piano concerts in Hungary, Italy and Portugal. On May 21, 2016 he made his debut in the US, in New York, at the Tribeca Performing Arts Center, where he played with jazz greats such as Rufus Reid, Tommy Campbell, Philip Harper and Bobby Sanabria. He has performed in theaters, halls, auditoriums, television programs, festivals, with orchestras, symphonic bands, Big bands, solo piano, throughout Brazil and in several countries.
