    Sedgewick is a Chicago dream-folk trio formed in 2014 by three multi-instrumentalists. Their unique live set up of guitar pedals, synths, upright bass, and vocal harmonies combines influence from electronica, alt rock, and their deep roots in folk music. In their first year as a band, their live shows earned them the title of “Best New Folk Music Act” from Newcity, and their debut EP, Gardens, inspired Obscure Sound to call them “masters of emotionally stirring songwriting”.
