Biography

Born on the east side of India. Chand Ningthou is a bi-lingual singer / songwriter / performer. He grew up listening bands like The Koi, EYOOM that served huge inspiration through his writings and composing songs. The 22 year old first debuted his single “ Heeyai ” featuring with one of the best EDM producer / singer Satyajit Athokpam and began his journey henceforth. The duo teamed up and produced “ EKHENGLAKTA ” featuring Michelle Rk that crossed more than 1M views and it’s ought to be the most viewed EDM led song of the year. On 2020, he met the RnB / Trap producer Lanchenba Laishram and dropped piano led odes like THENGNARAMMI, ETHANTA, KOURAROI, MINGAMDRABA etc that crossed over more than 2 million views on YouTube. “ Thawan Michak ” featuring Brando Khuman ( a lofi producer based in Imphal ) had also sprinkled as a sweet lullaby and became music to all ears due to its soft guitar tune and a poetic writing that added like a cherry on top. His eccentric yet cheesy way of composing and writing songs had won huge number of hearts of the people from all over the place in short span of time and looks forward to make songs “ for the people ” and for his love of his art. “ NASONNA ” his lastest duet project with the producer Lanchenba Laishram also crossed 1M views in just 2 weeks and sets to be his huge hit after his song “ ANI SUNA ”
