Biography

Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, it's Zac Fresh's flavorsome and eclectic brand of music that has seen him become a force majeure in the hip-hop circuit. Melodic, euphoric, genre-bending, and gritty to the core, his lyricism commonly follows themes that span from high-octane vibes to dealing with heart-breaking loss. It comes as no surprise that music has been a pivotal healing force that has guided him through his darkest moments. Even if it was only temporary, hip-hop, rap, R&B, and G-Funk are his go-to escapes from the real world. The passing of his mother at the age of seven led Zac to forge his own path quickly, and he’s since gone from strength to strength over the course of his musical career. He is now fully focused on supporting himself and his loved ones through the pursuit of his musical passions. Since 2017, Zac Fresh has released three albums in the form of 'Trap John Legend', 'Freshey Mode', and 'Faces', each showcasing a different flavour contained within his diverse musical palette. He has toured with Soulja Boy, played at the Breakaway Festival in Columbus alongside Migos, Jaden Smith and SmokePurpp, and written and performed the theme song for 106 & Park Wild Out Wednesday. With a slew of forthcoming releases and collaborations with THANKUTRIZZY and The Dreamcatchers underway, Zac Fresh is now ready for a resurgence.
