    Over 60 released albums spanning over a career of 25 years, experimented with music, and taken the 100 stringed Santoor into genres classical/ Folk/New age. Milestone albums 'MUSIC OF THE HIMALAYAS' recorded for Peter Gabriel's label Real-world records. Rahul's new age album 'ZEN" received the best instrumental album awarded by MTV IMMIES India. Recorded with the highest-selling pianist RICHARD CLAYDERMAN and composed 2 albums with Clayderman CONFLUENCE, which probably is one of India's highest-selling instrumental albums. Recent works are his live recording with the tabla percussion wizard Zakir Hussain ‘ Rhythm of Love’ Rahul released NAMASTE INDIA with world Saxophonist KENNY.G, which topped Billboard charts! Rahul and Grammy award-winning musician ERIC MOQUET of DEEP FOREST came together to collaborate on Deep India an album with 10 tracks representing Indian folk Rahul’s Guru PANDIT SHIV KUMAR SHARMA, who is a music legend in India and the world over. Rahul's father Shiv Kumar Sharma was instrumental in introducing the santoor to the world. Rahul has successfully given music for Bollywood films like the Hritik Roshan starrer Mujhse Dosti Karoge’ and the recently released Web series ‘ Ramyug’ featuring Amitabh Bachchan as a singer and Zakir Hussain.
