Biography
Spirited and soulful indie rockers The Great Enough formed in Philadelphia in 2015 around the talents of vocalist/multi-instrumentalist Bright Kelly, guitarist Brian DiBiagio, and drummer John Hoff. Fond of subverting expectations, the band has been noted by critics for their versatile songwriting, held together by common lyrical themes, strong musical chemistry, and the distinctive, gritty lead vocals Kelly provides. After a few months spent finding and building their sound, the band entered the People's Music Studio in Los Angeles, California, in 2016 with producer/engineer Luke Tozour and spent several weeks producing material. 2017's independently released "Can You Relate?" was a result of those sessions. The single garnered massive attention on Spotify after landing on the Discover Weekly playlist. It was also featured by Pause and Play, The Golden Mixtape, Already Heard, Apple Music, and several influential rock rags. Riding that buzz, The Great Enough spent 2018 on stage with Imagine Dragons, Judah & the Lion, AJR, Fuel, Eve 6, Sister Hazel, Cracker, Sir Sly, Missio, and more. 2018 also saw the release of the “Born” EP, which features the singles “Inexplicable” and “Bowerbirds.” 2019 began with Winter Jawn, where they rocked with Young the Giant, The Interrupters, and Matt and Kim, and will also see them touring in support of their album.
