Biography

Born and raised in Colorado, with the infusion of the mountain spring air, singer-songwriter Gabe James developed a love for the sounds of the acoustic guitar. Growing up on Classic Rock and Folk music resonating throughout the house, Gabe quickly picked up playing the guitar, taking it with him on camping trips and everywhere else he went at a young age. Since then, he has persistently elevated his artistry. Now at the age of 21, he’s on the brink of releasing his 3rd EP set to come out in 2023. Since moving to the big city of LA 3 years ago to pursue his passions, Gabe has developed a taste for a much wider pallet of music including bands like Dashboard Confessional, The Story So Far, Sam Fender, The Killers, Elliot Smith, and Turnstile. Brewing these new influences, alongside the music he grew up listening to, Gabe's new sound has undeniably grown increasingly refined and stands at a point musically that competes not only in the modern-day folk genre, but also stands strongly alongside alternative/indie, and pop/punk groups.
