Biography
Ends Embrace was formed back in mid 2020 by Ryan Silas. This one man indigenous black metal project hails from The Arizona Wastelands. Taking inspiration from the early works of Darkthrone and some Death Metal influences as well. Born and raised on the Navajo Reservation in Tuba City, AZ. The first EP Requiem for Death was released back in January 2021, a few weeks after dropping the first single Gravedigger. The first three songs off the EP were connected as a story based off of horrors of Navajo lore. The last song broke off in a separate direction and spoke about the horrors of Christianity and organized religion all together, setting the scene for the next release. Just 9 months later We Will Never Die was unexpectedly dropped on October 1st 2021. This album dived into the topics of organized religion and the effects it’s had on indigenous cultures/ communities. In January 2022 there would be more follow ups to the full length album with a 4 way split Thrall of the Winter Moon which would introduce a more atmospheric/DSBM style. Then a single Warhorse from the RABM compilation Red and Black Flag Convocation. Following the release of Warhorse would be some silence before Beneath The Earth was released. A song that dealt with personal topics going on in His personal life and coming out the other end. There is no sign of slowing down for Ends Embrace as of now..
