As anyone in the music industry will attest, the influence of producer and songwriter KC Porter on the course of Latin popular music can hardly be overstated. His involvement in some of the most important albums and artists to move Latin music forward, and to cross over to US and international audiences, has earned him multiple Grammy awards and many more accolades over the years. The list of his collaborators reads like a who's-who of the genre: Selena, Ricky Martin, Santana, Luis Miguel, Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, Ozomatli and Ana Gabriel to name a few. 2019 will see a crucial turning point in KC's artistic evolution as he launches a project that represents the culmination of many years of hard work and collaborative magic: 'CRUZANDEROS,' an album, a band, a story that crosses borders both physical and conceptual, spanning genres and generations.
