Biography
Red Keep, a California-based Metal band, is generating buzz with the upcoming release of their highly anticipated album, “RUMINATE”. Produced, engineered, and mixed and mastered by Daniel Gailey (Fit for a King, Phinehas), the album promises to be a fusion of classic metalcore, djent, and hip hop influences, with lyrics that are both raw and optimistic. The band kicked off their album rollout in November 2022 with their first single, "Envy,” which showcases their signature sound: heavy riffs, thunderous double kick drums, and groove-centric rhythms that will make your heart race. The band's second single, "Hakai", illuminated a heavier side of the band and solidified their place as an up-and-coming band to watch. The band ticked 150,000 all-time streams within 2 months of its release, and achieved 100,000 streams for “Hakai” shortly after. 2023 found the band partnering with Blood Blast Distribution, a partnership sure to help fans of bands like Wage War, Fit for a King, and I Prevail discover new music to elevate their playlists. Most recently, the band released their latest single, “Existential,” in June 2023. The song’s heartbreaking lyrics are a perfect match for the turbulent instrumentals, diving headfirst into the thoughts that keep us up at night. With the release of “Existential”, Red Keep has given fans a taste of what's to come with “RUMINATE”, with promises of both head bang worthy and thought provoking tracks that will keep listeners coming back for more.
