Biography

Known for his world-class production quality across a wide range of styles, Klayton’s music has garnered hundreds of Film/TV/Video Game placements and over 500,000,000 online music/video streams across his projects Celldweller, Scandroid, Circle of Dust, and FreqGen over the past 25 years. Now composing/scoring for Film/TV/Games/Advertising under the name Klayton, he recently completed his first feature length film score, The Dunes (yet-to-be-released). Klayton has also recently worked on several other Hollywood scores in collaboration with Steve Jablonsky on Transformers: The Last Knight, Deepwater Horizon, The Last Witch Hunter, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows, as well as work with James Newton Howard on Concussion and Detroit. Klayton won a 2017 ASCAP Music Screen Award for Video Game Score of the Year for his work as Celldweller on the Killer Instinct Season 3: Original Soundtrack, in collaboration with Tom Salta (Atlas Plug).
