Biography
Being Dead: America's #1 sweethearts. With their distinct blend of catchy yet unpredictable songwriting, undeniable harmonies, and unbridled spirit, Falcon Bitch and Gumball dole out boo-boos whilst also kissing them better. Aside from musical achievements, the two took home first place at the 2015 Golden Road Haunted Wine Run 5K Vineyard Stomp in Surry County, NC. The win prompted them to buckle down and train for the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro where they swept the competition, returning with 5 medals and the respect of a nation. Inspired by the incredible flavors of their travels, they took to the kitchen for what was their most sensational project to date: their signature restaurant La Piss Tarte in 2017. 2 Michelin stars and a Pulitzer prize later, the duo find themselves sitting atop a mountain of wealth generously donated to a charity of your choice. But don’t be fooled! Though they are extremely benevolent, they do withhold a small portion of their fortune to indulge in their true passion: American legacy muscle car restoration. Can you blame them? ‘Muscle cars’ redefined performance driving in the mid 20th century and is a term that was coined in 1966 to describe a group of American-made, two-door sports coupes with powerful engines. Here to stoke the coals and resurrect the legacy is Being Dead whose passion roars incessantly – not unlike a Chrysler second-generation Hemi. (When the 426 Hemi landed on the scene in 1964, it shook up the competition.)
