The Len Price 3 hail from Chatham, Medway. Comprised of Glenn Page, Steve Huggins and Neil Fromow. In 2004, the Len Price 3 came to the attention of the Australian label Laughing Outlaw Records, who signed the band and released their debut single, "Christian in the Desert" as well as their first album, Chinese Burn. The album received strong reviews and the band toured extensively all over the United Kingdom and Europe, as well as coming to America for the first time to play shows in New York and the South by Southwest festival. In 2006, the Len Price 3 signed with Wicked Cool Records, a new label founded by garage rock maven Steven Van Zandt. The first release with Wicked Cool was “Rent a Crowd” Lp. Their third LP “Pictures” was voted as one of the “Top 100 albums of 2010” in the Sunday Times. The band returned in early 2014 with a new album, Nobody Knows. In an interview with Vice Magazine, Billy Childish described the Len Price 3 as a group who took his songs and simply added a pop edge to them. The Len Price 3 shot back with a song about their accuser, "Childish Words." It was the lead-off track on the band's 2017 LP Kentish longtails. In 2020 “The Strood recording company EP” was released on vinyl. Only 1000 copies were made. Due to COVID restrictions the band did not tour to promote the EP. The band plan to tour the US in 2023 to promote their current album “Ip dip do” and the reissue of their first album “Chinese Burn” on wicked cool records, Little Stevens label.
