Biography
David Karsten Daniels is a Bend, Oregon-based singer-songwriter/producer with an affinity for offbeat pop tunes and "slow-creeping songs that, once at full power, are like nothing else". His recordings combine folk, rock, and pop with lyrics that explore life, death, psychology, religion, and the natural world. NPR named his collaboration with Fight the Big Bull one of "The 5 Best Genre-Defying Albums Of 2010". In 2020, DKD collaborated with So-So Topic, k8, Amira and Luciferrari, also finding time to produce for Jackopierce. DKD released a 4 track instrumental guitar album Pictures of Pluto on may 27, 2022. His Elon Musk trashing single CLOUD CAR came out Feb 2023.
