Biography

The Nunnery is the solo project of Sarah Elstran who creates melding layers of vocal atmospheres. Sarah combines music with visuals for most of her live performances mending the two in sound and sight. Her live looping is made completely from scratch and brought to life from moments and places that they are performed. Her latest album Floating Gardens was self recorded and produced from her home. She's shared the stage in collaboration with musicians such as Dosh , Humbird and Al Church.
