Conceived in Amsterdam on December 21st 2012, Lost Under Heaven is an Audio-Visual Life Work that fuses Spirit-stirring Songwriting, Cinematic Production and vivid Storytelling to explore the Evolutionary Journey of Soulmaking & the Awakening of Consciousness. Described as “Fearless, Life-Affirming & without Compromise”- the project is the creative collaboration between Dutch Artist / Sound Therapist Ebony Hoorn & Ellery James Roberts, a Poet Songwriter and the former front man of the infamous WU LYF. Across two boldly maximalist albums – the Mute-released Spiritual Songs for Lovers to Sing and follow-up Love Hates What You Become – Hoorn/Roberts partnership has seen them work with Grammy winning producer’s John Congleton (Sigur Rós, Angel Olsen) and The Haxan Cloak / Bobby Krlic (Björk, Midsommar (Original Motion Picture Score)) whilst touring Europe & North America with a dynamic Live Band.
